Important information

Step 1: Book one or more packages

Choose and book the packages you want.

Step 2: Confirm your booking

- Fill in your identification and billing information.
- Complete the online payment using a bank card or transfer.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your booking.
- A single person can book multiple packages. Make sure to enter a correct and valid email address. If booking for multiple people, please mention all their names and email addresses.
- After the booking is paid for on the website, you will receive the participation form via email.

Step 3: Fill the participation form

- You will receive an email with a link to the participation form for the Congress only after the payment has been confirmed.
- Completing the participation form is mandatory for each person registered for the Congress.

- All the hotels are situated in the Cheile Grădiștei complex, close to each other (within walking distance).
- The total number of packages is limited. When the capacity is full, registration will be closed.
- Simultaneous translation Romanian - English, English-Romanian will be provided during the conferences.
